We like to say, that we cook like a loving (and very very profesionally trained) grandmother, adding healthy ingredients to Your food, without making a fuss about it. Its tasty and its good for you!

Our dishes in the restaurant are meant for sharing. We cook the food we love and enjoy, inspired by a world of flavors and techniques, that our team have come across in their careers and travels. Our food is based on European & Nordic cooking techniques with Southeast Asian inspirations and Asian traditions in mind.

We focus on fresh local seafood, almost exclusively sourced from line caught or other sustainable fishing methods, that we are getting from our ever growing seafood connections.

We source seasonal vegetables, fruits and rare ingredients & herbs that we preserve and ferment to assure this bounty does not go to waste out by the farmers. This aspect allows us to add the health aspect into our comfort food style. And we are of course very attentive about catering to allergens and dietary restrictions.

For Animal proteins we source from locally raised premium cattle from organic and regenerative farms and add carefully source imported low impact quality products delivered by some of Thailands most respected suppliers. We adore and love this vast bounty we get from local Thai ingredients, while we have a commitment to support the local food suppliers that source quality ingredients from reputable sources across Asia and beyond.
